great bed in family room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a tv. a lot of outstanding options for meal. affable and really helpful staff with knowledge of the place. overall family atmosphere.

Bugs in my room gave me a daily surprise party, and the elevator decided to take a permanent vacation. How lovely!

I especially loved the double room with a balcony and lake views, it was so refreshing to wake up to such a beautiful sight! Plus, the complimentary bottle of mineral water was a nice touch.

Personally, I found the seating area in certain rooms to be a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion, some people might still find it cozy and perfect.

Oh, and let's not forget the outstanding feature of the hotel - the six-door obstacle course to reach my room! Absolutely delightful.

Great lake view from the balkony, with large, convenient parking. Surprisingly nice and clean rooms, perfect for a restful night during a long drive. Nice terrace to enjoy the view. Excellent location, easy access to the motorway. Homemade food at the restaurant is worth a stop.

After a long day of driving, we found a perfect place to rest at Serways Hotel. Situated on a tranquil hill near the motorway, it offered a peace all around, away from the usual noise and hustle. We were relieved to find ample parking space for our car and trailer.

Very clean and comfortable with a nice terrace overlooking the lake. The location was really good, with easy access to the motorway. The best aspect was the homemade food at the restaurant, it was delicious and the service was friendly.

The breakfast options were average, there could have been more variety. , there wasn't enough staff, a lady had to do all the receptionist work and bring food and drinks to the terrace.
